Entry Terms & Conditions

With participating in the giveaway “Pop-up-Store - Gewinnspiel” you accept the
following terms:

The organizer of this giveaway is Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, Haiterbacher Str. 104,
72202 Nagold, Germany.

The giveaway is in no connection to Instagram and is not sponsored by Instagram or
supported in any way. Instagram is excluded from every single liability. The recipient
of the provided information by the participant is not Instagram but the Rolf Benz AG &
Co. KG. All provided information will be only used for the giveaway “Pop-up-Store -
Gewinnspiel”.

Entitled to participate are all those persons who are at least 18 years old when
participating and are fans of the Rolf Benz Instagram. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG
employees as well as their family members and other persons involved in the
conception and realization of this competition are excluded from the participation.

Participation is only possible on Instagram. To join the participants have to post their
visit to the pop-up store in their Instagram Story and visibly tag the Rolf Benz
Instagram account on it. The participation is free. Each person can only participate
once.

Participation by giveaway clubs or other commercial service providers is not
accepted. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. reserves the right to temporarily or definitely
suspend participants should any incidents occur that represent a threat of the terms
& conditions. One winner is picked randomly on Instagram.

The prize consists of a 2-piece Rolf Benz YOKO outdoor armchair set (chair and
ottoman) that are displayed in the pop-up store. The prize cannot be exchanged. A
cash reimbursement of the prize or any compensation claims are not possible. The
prize will be delivered by post. The winners will be informed via DM on Instagram.

The giveaway starts on May 1st, 2023 and ends on June 23rd, 2023 at 11:59pm.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG only saves your personal data for winner determination &
announcement and gives them for this purpose to their agency, MDCT AG, Tübinger
Straße 63-65, 70178 Stuttgart („agency“). Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG entitles this
agency within the scope of the giveaway to identify the winners. The agency is
obliged to data protection and usage for the before named purpose of the data.
Furthermore, the agency is obligated to handle all data according to current data
privacy policy and legal frameworks. There is no legal recourse.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. reserves the right to abort or terminate the giveaway at any
time without giving reasons. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. particularly will make use of this
possibility if a correct execution can’t be guaranteed due to technical reasons or legal
reasons. If the giveaway is being terminated the Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. will inform
the participants immediately. Should such a termination be caused by the behaviour
of a participant, Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. has got the right to claim compensation for
the loss caused by him. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG is not liable for any lost chances to
participate caused by technical connectivity disruptions etc.

The only law applicable is the one of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should single
items of these stipulations be or become invalid, the validity of the other terms of use
remains intact. These terms of use may be changed by Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG at
any time and without separate announcement.
